Joakim Noah was fined 15,000 $ for his actions on Saturday. In a frustrating beat down by the Toronto Raptors, Noah pulled a “Rodman” and stuck a photographer and threw the ball into the stands after he was given a 2nd technical foul and ejected from the game.
